Starting a Dream with a Seed of Faith

Hey GP Babes!

Ive been asked by a few on how did I start my business. Well, Ima be honest. It hasn't been an easy journey.... And it STILL isn't! I cant even count how many times I have doubted myself or have gone back and forth in my head about "Should I start my business?", "Will I fail?", "Was this a mistake?" or even "I don't have enough money to do all this." But I realized why worry?  I knew If I settled for that doubtful mindet I would never accomplish anything. Sometimes the best blessings come from stepping out on faith. Graffiti Panda became real the day I finished Meredith College and moved back home with my mom. I just had it in mind that day like, "I'm going to start my own business." I picked up my school laptop, opened a Microsoft Word document and began outlining my business plan. That was December 2015. Now I will admit, I had just finished my studies with a fashion degree with several business classes built-in. So I did have a good foundation of knoweledge in both fashion and business. But knowing how to run, operate, and start a business from scratch on MY OWN would be a different story indeed. Though NOT IMPOSSIBLE. Over the year I did nothing but research countless articles on how to start a business, read reviews about website domains, worked a part-time job in retail (where I wasn't truly happy), saved up the little money I got and most importantly, I. KEPT. PRAYING. All I knew was that God did not bless me with creative gifts & passions to just only keep to myself. He wanted me to use them in a way to love and help others and in doing so add to His kingdom. And I still pray that this is the platform for me to do just that for you beauties. I pray I inspire you to go after whatever creative dreams the Lord is calling YOU to do!

 Keep the Faith

Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
