Returns

The Return Policy:

No exchanges at this time, due to limited stock of products.

  • Accept returned merchandise thirty (30 days) after purchase. Anything after 30 days will be unacceptable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Returned merchandise MUST NOT be stained, torn, broken, or altered, etc. and must be sent back within original good condition as it was sent.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, original receipts, coupons and be within special boxes or wrappings.
  • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive. Refund will be credit back to customers original payment method (credit card, debit, Paypal, etc.) after inspection.
  • Return shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
  • Earrings are FINAL SALE for hygienic purposes
  • All sale items are FINAL. No exceptions.

Easy Return Process

Purchase didn’t work out? Sorry.....But don’t sweat it! (You may return orders within 30 days)

  1. Repackage all original merchandise, etc. within original packaging. All items must be returned in good condition upon inspection, to ensure refund.
  2. Use return label enclosed within package and place outside of box, completely covering original shipping label.
  3. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

  1. Drop it off with USPS, & you’re done!

 Please Note

  • Once shipped, keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
  • After inspection, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 7 days of our receiving the returned order.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We are not responsible for any lost packages through USPS mailing. Refund will not be given if returned merchandise/package is never received.
  • After 30 days, returns will not be accepted, no exceptions.

Defective/Incorrect Items

  • If you have received a damaged item or you have received incorrect items you can contact hello@graffitipanda.com for complete and thorough assistance.
  • A photo of the damaged item(s) must be included in the email
  • Always include your name, order #, and full item name to avoid confusion
